What is collected

Depending on the route you choose: the nature of your project, your first name, phone number or email address, your message and, where relevant, the reference of the vehicle concerned. Information marked as optional may be left blank.

Why it is used

This data is used to answer your request, prepare the first discussion and follow any resulting assignment. Processing is based on your request and, where an assignment begins, on pre-contractual steps or performance of the contract. It is neither sold nor used for advertising.

Retention and recipients

A request that does not lead to an assignment is retained for no more than three years after the last exchange. Where services are engaged, some information may be kept longer to comply with accounting and legal obligations.

It is accessible only to Christopher Lacave and, where strictly required for hosting, security and storage, to Cloudflare. It is not shared with commercial partners.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict its processing or object where the law allows. Use the website form and write ‘personal data’ in your message. Proof of identity may be requested only where there is reasonable doubt about your identity.

If you believe your request has not been handled correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Cookies

The website uses no advertising cookies and no third-party audience measurement tool. Technical elements strictly necessary for security and operation may nevertheless be stored.
